Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Apex Health Distribution is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Apex Health Distribution is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
